An urban infill project located in the Eliot neighborhood of North Portland features a three-story duplex and an unattached Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU). Each unit boasts four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, along with a covered outdoor space and a linear open plan. The ground floor of the duplex can be used as a Mother-In-Law (MIL) suite with a private entrance. In the northwest corner of the site sits a two-story ADU, complete with two bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms. The project is expected to be completed by Spring of 2024.
