Located in the vibrant Boise neighborhood of North Portland, this urban infill project features a six-story mixed-use development with 42 thoughtfully-designed apartment units, three commercial tenant spaces, and a 4600 sqft vegetated roof. The unit mix offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments that are spacious, filled with natural light, and equipped with private balconies offering panoramic views of the neighborhood. The exterior of the building features light-colored brick veneer and corrugated metal, accentuated by acetylated wood spandrel panels. The strong articulations of the exterior create a playful and dynamic aspect that breaks up the mass of the building and adds visual interest to the facade.
