NE Floral Place

This project began as an unfinished basement cluttered with unsightly mechanical and plumbing equipment and clients living in Geneva, Switzerland. Workshop Architecture has a great deal of experience communicating design ideas with clients remotely so this did not present a challenge.

Concrete walls were waterproofed, furred out and insulated, and a new, level slab was poured. Ductwork was reorganized and rerouted, plumbing lines reconfigured, all resulting in a clean, inviting, and beautiful space for the family. The design includes an office/guest room with adjacent bathroom (designed with accessibility in mind), a mud room with direct access to the yard, a laundry room, and spacious family room with mini-bar designed for game nights and relaxing in front of the TV
